The new model follows the lead of the DJI Mini 2
model, eliminating the usual Mavic payment for a more limited denomination and
getting some basic updates anyway. In particular, the Air 2S includes a 1-inch
sensor. This has been the case for DJI models over $ 1,500 so far. The Mavic
Air 2 complements the lens in terms of sensor size and features such as 48MP
stills and 8K hyper-lapse mode, while the Air 2S moves towards image quality.
Its large 20-megapixel sensor is far superior to the Mavic Air 2's camera and
has the potential to meet the needs of the most relentless customers.
The downside is that the Air 2S retails are $ 200
higher than the Mavic Air 2's $ 999. Fortunately, the Mavic Air 2 will continue
to sell near the new Air 2S, giving buyers the option of choosing the best
option for their needs and spending plans. Similarly, there's the fly more
combo, which combines two spare batteries, a charging focus point, many three
ND channels, and a $ 1299 shoulder bag. channels, an alternative to the FlyMore
combo, should appeal to many customers. -At the time of purchase.

Camera:
Of course, the improved camera only requires an
update. Frankly, the Air 2S is propelling the Mavic 2 Pro into the critical
territory. The Mavic 2 Pro can record 4K video using the full width of its
sensor, however, it did so with pixel binning. Therefore, the best 4K film was
obtained when shooting from an adjacent set of sensors, which also restricted
the camera's field of view. For one, the Air 2S gets 5.4K video using the full
width of the sensor, with no pixel binning, achieving sharper video. The updated
sensor seems to make the Air 2S practically identical to the consumer Mavic 2
Pro. Or, of course, isn't that unreasonably true? We must examine what the Air
2S should contribute and conclude if there is an express need for professionals
and equivalent trained professionals.
Plane and Controller:
With a drop of 180x97x80mm, the DJI Air 2S has an edge
like the Mavic Air 2 and fits in the palm of your hand. The placement of
obstacle and repulsion sensors on top of the 2S robot is detected
unprecedentedly. Of course, DJI equips the Air 2S with a four-way obstacle
repulsion test and APAS 4.0. This is the latest development in the autopilot
system, so you can fly while avoiding the obstacles you encounter while
recording. Video up to 4K / 30p. Likewise, there are corresponding lights on
the underside of the aircraft to assist during flight, which are displayed in
dark places.
DJI decided to use the long-range controlled by the
Mavic Air 2 and Mini 2. It does not include an external radio line and works
regardless of whether it is a cell conductivity test or not. Anyway, it's a
good idea to have whatever you need to get the job done and combine it with the
built-in gimbal, but it will start and stop taking photos and videos. Switching
between movie, standard, and sports modes is easy and give you quick access to Back
Home.
DJI Fly App and Flight Mode:
The Air 2S uses the DJI Fly app that was originally
provided by the Mavic Mini. Instead of a more functional and smarter drone
environment like the DJI GO 4 app, the Fly app is designed for current pilots.
Easy to investigate. Generally, all the desired batches of photos and videos
will be displayed directly on the equivalent screen. In the current model, when
switching from automatic mode to manual mode or professional mode, a slider
will appear in the right corner of the base to change white balance, ISO, hide
speed, or select JPG or Raw + JPG image. I can do it. The target can be changed
from the side of the video.
Another part called Master Shots was introduced as a
way for pilots to present a capable assessment film that was prepared to
participate acceptably with two or three limits, for example, the area and the
shooting or the title of the scene. DJI equipped the Air 2S with Active Track
4.0 and Point of Interest 3.0 for extended accuracy in distance to targets
during robotic flights. Standard Quick Shots are integrated, including Dronie,
Circle, Helix, Rocket Asteroid, and Boomerang.
Accidental Things:
Equipped with an OcuSync 3.0 (O3) transmission
development, the Air 2S can fly as far as 12 km (7.45 miles) when released from
entanglement or impedance. Like its model, it maintains both frequent 2.4GHz
and 5.8GHz clusters. The most limited flight times are 31 minutes in ideal
conditions, practically identical to the Mavic 2 Pro but not the 34 minutes
offered by the Mavic Air 2. It can cruise up to 68.4 km / h (42.5 mph) in
Sports mode.
Air 2S supports up to 256GB of memory card and has an internal 8GB limit if you ignore the card or run out of space. If ADS-B is present, the pilot will be notified of the approach of the monitored aircraft. One of the parts I evaluated was how the Air 2S got home. This caused ownership to be lost even if the remote screen was still black.
